Weight Distribution

I have a Husky Center Line towing. The only way I can get my trailer and truck level leaves the bars unlevel. Any suggestions?

What does "bars unlevel" mean? The bars not parallel to the ground? That's normal, unless it's really radical. If it is, then the frame brackets aren't properly adjusted.
