It's an ATRV!  (All-Terrain Recreational Vehicle)  Very interesting way to combine vehicle types.  You can camp in it, or have it dropped by helicopter into Iraq for some desert warfare!

In the kitchen? Great place for a head - not. Also, they both have locks on the outside. Makes one wonder...... :

Hm, wheres the slide outs? For us older people, how would you like to get out of bed in the middle of the night to find the "head" . Do love the storage. Has to be built for the young, not the young at heart. *smile*

I would like to see it from the outside with the roof raised. Instead of a slide out it has a slide up ! First class rig IMHO.

We saw something like this in our travels a year or two ago.  Seems to me it was called a UMOG or something similar.  It had European license plates.  Interesting interior.  Glad you got some interior shots to share with us.
