So ive got 3 antennas that came with my 76 itasca.  One antenna looks like a boomerang, i used to see them on the trunks of limousines.  The second antenna is standard straight antenna thats about 3 feet long.  (I already have a radio antenna sticking out of the hood so i dont think this is what that is.) and the last antenna is straight but its 7 feet long.  They all have threaded bases that attach to a mounting point on the roof.  Anyone know what each one does?

The boomerang is for the TV, the 7 ft. whip is a CB antenna and the 3 ft. antenna is for an AM/FM radio.  Do you have a second radio/entertainment center besides the one in the dash?

The Boomrang sounds like the King Congrols JACK TV antanna. Not the best by a at least half.

Other antennas. Dash radio, (AM/FM) and CB are common on RVs  YOu may also have a GPS or Sat-Radio antenna but they look more like a bump on the roof.

ON my RV the AM/FM for the sash is a stupid little rubber covered spring about a foot long give or take. next to worthelss less than 1/4 the range of the 21" whip on my car. 21" w/o coils (other than possible a spring at the base) is AM'FM as I recall. about 3/4 of a meter long. (75CM) I am afraid inch/cm is one conversion I don't do in my head.

Cb can be anything from about a 1' spring covered in rubber to several feet to 11 feet long. But all but 11 feet are going to be a spring covered in rubber or a fiberglass stick wound with wire.

John, I suspect you are thinking "11 meter band" but a CB ? wave antenna is 108", or 9 ft. Channel 19 wavelength is actually 434.357182269634 inches, or about 36 feet.
