We'll be at a park in Canyon Lake, TX for 2 weeks around Christmas. Getting together with some friends & family who live at various locations within a couple hours of there.

I’ll be flying around delivering presents and eating cookies and drinking warm milk. Bah humbug.

We are having Christmas at my oldest son’s house on Christmas Eve. A couple of days before that we will start packing for our trip to Arizona. Since it is -1F here at almost 9:00pm, I can hardly wait!

ETA: We will be on the road as early on 26 December as we can get out of here, assuming the weather reports still show no snow falling. I can handle cold in the motorhome, but I don’t drive it in snow.

We are staying home, in TN. Our families are in IL mostly, just across the big river from St. Louis. The weather/travel this time of year is just too iffy, so we have any get-togethers some time in Nov. and usually before or right around Thanksgiving.

We were planning to leave next Friday to travel from TX to KY to spend the time with our youngest son but my wife fell and broke a hip so that isn't going to happen. Not just sure what we will be doing but it won't be traveling.
You will be taking care of the wife. Hope she has a speedy recovery.

Oh no. I hope she gets it fixed quickly and has a good recovery.

Wishing everyone the best during the holiday season. Kirk, best wishes and hoping ur wife recovers soon. Grace and I are staying home for the holidays and the entire winter this year. Not going down to AZ this winter. We are in the middle of a big home remodel with moving our kitchen to our dinning room.

As of now, the plan is traveling to Son #2, stay a couple days, then back home. The trip is about 2 3/4hr drive, depending on how often we stop.

We are spending it at our volunteer position at the White Tank Mountain Park in Waddell, Az. Probably just the two of us. Most of the other volunteers have family in the area so I will cover the position.
Kirk - wishing you and your wife the best, hope she recovers soon.

I will be alone, perhaps in or near Bisbee, AZ, around Xmas.

and . . . .

Bah humbug!

-Don- Kingsburgh, CA
My wife bought a bumper sticker for our slide out when we were there. It says, "Bisbee, It's Like Mayberry...On Acid". Having never been to Mayberry I have no frame of reference.
