what kind of roof is on a 95 pace arrow?

Can anyone tell me what would be on this coach I am looking at.  :

It's a TPO membrane, commonly called a "rubber" roof.

It is a rubber roof, as were many (most?) RVs of that  era. TPO is a broad term that covers multiple types of synthetic roof materials, but RV roofs are usually just called EPDM rubber.

thanks for the replies  . How often do these need replacing and is it expensive?

They never need replacing unless you tear or wear a hole in it and it starts to give you leak problems.  Most of the newer ones have a twenty  ten year warranty. 

There are several products designed to extend the useful life of the "rubber" roof.

Dicor, the major supplier of "rubber" roofs for RVs, warranties the material for 10 years. They usually last longer unless they have been scrubbed too aggressively or get torn by a tree branch. Full replacement is  $3000-$4500, but most people get by just painting on an elastomeric roof coating (e.g. Kool Seal). You can do that yourself for a few hundred dollars and a full day of work.
