What should a "Service" include for a 2005 DP Cummins/Freightliner?

2005 Winnie Vectra. Scheduled for oil change, filters, and chassis lube. Anything else that should be looked at as preventive maint in advance of winter storage? Batteries (engine & coach) all new this year and will have maintainers on them during unheated inside storage.

Fluids check and tire pressure and integrity check. Fuel stabilizer as well. Make sure to run the engine and the generator under a load afterwards to get it through al the lines.

What will be needed to complete the list will be the anticipated lowest temperature during storage

Freightliner has a four-phase maintenance program. There are 12, 24, 36, and 48 month items. Once you do the 48 month items, you start over with the 12-month items, this starting the four-phase sequence again.

I was going to say check air dryer but Gary beat me. Might want to change out the desiccant if it’s a year or better. Air filter is a biggie, make sure the engine can breath. Do you have a vacuum gage?
A collapsed air filter is not something you want to deal with on the road. I’ve had it happen, fortunately did not ingest any debris but made tons of really black smoke and no power.

Do not replace the air filter until the filter-minder so indicates. Cummins states every time the clamps are loosened and the rubber boots removed is another opportunity to create an air leak for unfiltered air.
Tires should be inflated to sidewall listed pressure, according to most storage lists.

That’s why you need a vacuum gauge. There should be a port on the snorkel.
There may be a gauge on the snorkel or air box similar to one of those pop up things on turkeys. If it shows red it’s time to change.
