Simple question but there are so many options....

I am "old" and I don't like bending over so a long stemmed gauge is a requirement.

I know I want one that holds the pressure.  Recommended pressures for my rig are 65 front and 80 rear.

Suggestions welcome.

Stop by your local truck stop.  Look for a dual head tire gage.  Pick the best one thst matches your budget.  With a dual head you can reach in and get readings.

Better yet, install a TPMS and read the tire pressures off the display on the dashboard. No bending over and added safety as well.  These days, a 4-tire TPMS starts as low as $59.

THx. I am looking into TPMS.  They're much less expensive than I expected.  Ain't bluetooth wonderful!

No doubt TPMS is a worthy investment from a safety standpoint, with the added benefit as Gary points out to easily read your tire pressures.  However it won't completely solve the bending over or getting on your knees as at some point you will need to add air to the tires, so a good truck tire gauge with a long stem and double chuck is an essential tool to the kit.  As Donn said a visit to a truck stop is a good place to look for one.

A good set of valve extensions is also a blessing. Bring those shraders out where you can get at them. Yeah, I know that extensions can leak or break, but us old farts need all the help we can get.
