Maybe my earlier post was misinterpreted

Im not the best with computers so is there somewhere that I can download and it will resize for me to fit everyones screen?

Here is a simple way to resize pictures if you are using a computer.

Open PC Paint.  It usually comes with your windows operating system.

Load your picture by clicking on Open and selecting your file.

Go up to the upper left and you will see the resize command.

put in 20 to 25 in the box, that will usually get you under 350K to post on this forum.

Hit enter.

You will see the smaller picture.

Save it on your computer bu going to "Save as"  I usually put a "r" in front of the old name to remind me that I already resized it.

Use the new smaller picture to post.

It worked Bill in Paint. I had to go down to 15. Now like you, I have to remember how to do it. Thanks.

I just added the 2nd picture. That's my house a couple of years ago.

Here is a super simple program that is free that I have used for years.

It's fast, free and easy.

I set it up on automatic. Now when I want to resize my pics, I just right click and choose MAKE THUMBNAIL.

It automatically makes the thumbnail to my predetermined size and deposits it in a file named THUMBNAIL. This way I still have both the original and the new smaller one. I then go to the THUMBNAIL file and insert the pic where I want it.

For instance my normal pic is 3264 x 2448, after right clicking MAKE  THUMBNAIL, the new pic is 600 x 450 (my predetermined specs allow for the largest side to be 600)

It is now residing in the THUMBNAIL folder with the same name except THUMBNAIL has been tacked on the end of it. That way the original and the thumbnail have 2 different names.

At any time I can open up the original program and change all the configurations for a custom job, but it has this option to preconfigure everything and just use the right click to do it all automatically to your prior specifications. I think I have used this program since the turn of the century and it just keeps on purring.

I don't think it gets any easier than this.  8)

Thanks for the offer/responses, I used to have a program called HP director installed on my computer, it was great, way to use, it is no longer avail as far as I know AKA it is no longer part of a computers system as far as I can tell.

I will try the suggestion above

I'd make it bigger, maybe 600 wide. Should still be small enough to upload

Using the paint it dosent seem I have that option. The first picture it wouldnt upload the picture at 25 or anything but 20.

The second picture it allowed me to go to 24 and yet it seems no bigger than the first.

The Third picture was somewhere in between and again it was the largest the forum would allow

Thanks but my computer isnt current enough to use this system. Too complicated for me also. Might be easy for you and I understand that you have experience with this sort of thing

What do you use to post? A phone? A tablet? What type? The best recommendation can come with more details.
Im not positive what a tablet is, I sometimes use my phone but most often a laptop
