Hello! hope everyone is well.

I have a small bread machine that I just got. I want to learn to make whole grain bread, but don't want to do a lot of prep in this small space. I've looked up different grains, and some require you to cook them first before adding to the dough. Does anyone make whole grain bread? What grains can I put in that don't require prep - that I can just pour out of the bag and mix in? Thanks!

Whole wheat of course.  Buy in bulk at health food stores.  The stuff you get at the grocery stores is generally not as good.  If your out west, Bobs RedMill is good stuff.

Bob's has an online store. I don't know about shipping cost but suspect it isn't going to be cheap. Amazon has a good size selection.
