Window awnings

Anyone tried installing window awnings?  I would like one over the dining room slide out window on our 05 Minnie.
DIY or go to Camping World for the install ?
Any suggestions ? Problems ?

If you're out west, talk to Best RV about a quote.  We've had a lot of awning work done by them and have been satisfied with the results.  I know they service CA and AZ.

Girard installs their own. They do have at least one regional sales/installer in Eugene OR who put on my replacement slidetopper and separate window awning.
