Window crank worn out

The crank that opens the vent window of our emergency exit is broken.  It does not open the window fully and the window can not be fully closed.  There are four screws that hold the crank handle in place.  Couldn't find anything at home depot that looked even close.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.
