Hello all. our 2022 Flagstaff Microlite is set up in eastern Tennessee, on the Kentucky border. Our unit has an enclosed heated underbelly. Also we have a switch inside for the heating pads. We frequent our rig due to our home location. Question, what is the recommended way to keep interior from freezing? We have propane heat.
Thanks

As previously mentioned, if you lose electricity for long you will also lose heat. You can use the furnace which runs on 12V so the battery will keep it working for a day or so but the battery will probbly only keep the furnace working for a day or two. You will also need a large supply of propane if you do that as cold weather takes a lot of propane to keep things warm and you don't want that to run out either. If you leave things for very long, winterizing is the best answer.

Hotdod,
Word of warning - When you get out the potable water hose, fill the tank, disconnect it and walk it empty.
Then coil it and stow it. If you leave it out, then you have to figure out how to put the 25' steel bar away.
If you try to bend it frozen it will probably crack.
