Need advise
I'm looking at a 2010 Carriage Cameo that has wrinkles on the roof, kinda like loose skin.
I don't know if that's a bad thing or not.
Looking for advise
Thanks
Paul

If the roof skin is wrinkled, I would suspect the camper was "warped" or no longer square, putting stress on the roof.  It must be really bad to warp the roof.  I would run away - FAST.

I still got enough hair on my roof to hide the wrinkles!  Camper roof, though, has no hair or wrinkles.

It is logical that it would be hard to glue down a wrinkle.  That said, I bought my Forest River Cardinal new in 2005.  It had several wrinkles on the rubber roof.  There were about 20 other new rv's on the lot and they all had wrinkles.  My rv still has the same roof.  If the wrinkles matter, I  am waiting.

To me a much bigger concern would be roofing material that is loose and indicates the glue is not attached.  I have seen many "pillowing" roofs on the front of rv's going down the freeway.  The owner probably has no clue that there is no glue.
