Yamaha Portable Gen EF2000iS shutting down

My Yamaha EF2000iS Gen. is shutting down after running for 5 minutes. Ive been completely through the fuel and spark system, its got good spark, new gas etc... carb is clean float works. bowl fills, vent cap on gas tank is fine. Clean Oil, I run it on economy mode because i rarely put a large load on it. We dont use the AC in our 40ft MH in Alaska, dont use the heat in the summer just the fridge and stereo mostly. I test ran it with large, small and no loads on it with the same result.
Any help would be appreciated.
We live in Alaska and are several hours behind most of you I suspect, but I will look for replies and get back to you.

You might see if you can find non-ethanol gasoline and give that a try. Sounds like you have covered the bases otherwise.

Non ethanol gas is standard here.
Im thinking theres an idol control module on the carb that's failing. but dont know how to test it
