Ok, thanks for all the replies. I'm not sure if I want a combo (both wash & dry in one unit) or a stackable washer dryer unit. Our MH is pre plumbed so I think I can go either way but think I'd like to just use the combo so as to not take up so much of my closet. The only unit that I've...
Hi All,
I was hoping to get some feedback regarding Splendid Washer/Dryer combos for our MH. I really don't want to lose our entire cabinet for a separate washer/dryer so I think this would be a perfect solution, providing I don't hear a lot of negatives?
TIA,
Mikie
Thanks that's good advice. All I was told was that I had to have a health certificate for him and that it couldn't be issue any sooner than 10 days before travel. We're staying for 10 days. I'll check into it!
I've searched and all I seem to find is info about Canadian Border Crossing. The stuff I found about Mexico is generic and I'm looking for more specific info. We are going to be crossing into Mexico at the end of March going down to Puerto Penasco. I would appreciate any/all info regarding...
Thank you all that responded! I'll look into Mexican Insurance today. Any idea what it should cost?

Hey All,
Let me first say that I'm not asking for any opinions about traveling into Mexico. What I do need is to find out what documentation we will need to cross the border? We will be traveling in our MH with our dog. I know that we will need our passports, but what about insurance? ...
Our Itasca Meridian has a drain valve right next to the water tank in the first cabinet behind wheel well on the passenger side. Really easy to release and drain. I just wish we had a hose connection so that we could use the water when we drain it into our trees or plants!
We purchased our MH from CW in Portland, Oregon. Since we live in CA we've never used them for service. We do have a local CW close to us, but it does not do warranty work, just installs and from what I've heard...not great in that dept either! So, that being said...I called Winnebago...
We have a 2011 Itasca Meridian and our turbo went out the first trip out! Luckily we were under warranty so they installed a new turbo. Our MH would run, just didn't have much get up and go!
Is there anyone out there that has a 4 door Jeep Wrangler/Rubicon that is using the AirForceOne Braking System? If so, where under the hood did you mount the control box? My DH can't seem to find room anywhere! We had it on our older Jeep Sahara and there was plenty of room, but this jeep has...
If you're parked, do you close your slides? We had some pretty fierce winds 80+ in Iowa last summer and it blew our slide toppers right off!! Now, I'm really nervous of being parked with it being windy!

Ernie,
How do you like the lift? How's it ride? We're thinking of getting a 2.5 lift with 35" tires and are wondering how it will compare to our stock ride.
Thanks in advance,
Mikie
We stayed at Blazing Star in San Antonio a year ago and really enjoyed it. Very clean park with friendly people! Also, briefly stayed at the Admiralty...sites were a little close for us. We really liked Blazing Star, was very centrally located with easy access to the highways, etc.
