Towing a 2019 chevy equinox. The manual doesn't mention pulling a fuse. If you don't pull a fuse will it rack up miles?

On June 26, I posted a question about rear camera monitor. No replies. Scrolling through the post, I see on May 23 a post by camper Al about a monitor got several replies. Maybe I didn't post it right.

Doing more checking i found that the coach heater does not work, the step won't retract when i turn the ignition on, also the lights for the jacks down, and check antenna don't work. May find more problems with further checking.
I have 2002 Winnebago Adventurer 35U. Lost power to the monitor for the rear camera. It has an inline fuse, check it and it is good.
Tested the wire going to the fuse and no power. Cut the wire going to the fuse & splice in a hot wire. The monitor works. Does anybody know where the power source...

When I use the left turn signal the lights on the dash and side marker lights flash. On a 2002 workhorse P32 chassis. Checked all the bulbs. Right side works ok.
