I have just posted on the other site, to alert people that tomorrow will be Sept. 1 2010 and there is still no word as to when we will be out of this dilema. One wonders why our government is not taking action on this problem???

IMO If, I repeat IF this recall is ever accomplished, the used MH market will be flooded with Workhorse chassis units. Most owners appear to be hoping to get this accomplished and then unload the rig. I myself am condidering doing this, but only after I have it fixed and will not jeopardize...

You have to be kidding, I don't think this will ever be resolved.. The propaganda ministers employed by Workhorse will be putting a spin on this for years to come. Why would you want to shoot the goose????

When I purchased my 2000 Rav4 with a standard trans, I had to go to Toyota  directly to find out if I could tow. I have towed thousands of miles without a bit of trouble. At 2900# it makes a terrific toad..  :)

I think I will take a sabatical from the "Workhorse Brake Issue", I seem to get embroiled in controversy every time I post. At my age I don't need these problems. I will sit back now and watch it play out, hopefully in my lifetime I will see the fix get accomplished.

I would think that Workhorse, as a good will gesture to their customers, would throw in the pads and rotors. I don't think that the cost would be that great if Workhorse bundled the repair as a package and sent us on our merry way. I think that this would assuage some of the tarnished image that...

Well said Richard, now the latest word from the Workhorse propaganda squad is another 5 months. It looks like another trip to Florida with this sword over my head. I don't know how these ambassadors sleep at night....,

Seems as though there is the beginning of legal action regarding the WH brake issue. There is a law firm with a banner on IRV2 canvassing all owners. It will be interesting to see what evolves....

When I read this on the other forum ,I couldn't believe the answer put forth by the Ambassador. That is just what I would want to do, buy something that I know is defective and hope for a resolution in a mythical recall. NOT

I agree with Richard34A 100%, I too have been embroiled in discussions on the "other site" and have decided to sit back and watch this debacle unfold. I  own two Toyotas and am not worried about them as I am my MH. The cheerleading that goes on regarding this problem by the "spokemen" for WH...
