    Yes, but it will not charge the battery if it is only putting out 10v. you would never have a full charge,  thats the only reason I say to check the voltage but you are correct your converter is getting 110v and putting voltage out if the lights are on

    Yes they do recommend that you remove the sway bars but you can back up if you are careful not to turn too sharp and i would not be backing up any hills with it connected

    Replace old stove regulator with backyard bbq regulator

    Depending on the PSIG of the regulator coming off bbq, you could.  Most all RV stove regulators are 1/2 PSIG. Check the bbq one to make sure before installing

    Replacing A/C unit

    Being this old, Is it a basement unit or on the roof? and what is it not doing? have you checked to make sure you have 110v and make sure it travels to the board. And have you made sure your thermostat works and that you have signal going to the board on the unit?
