The current battery charging system in your coach will not work with Lithium batteries. You must install a battery managementsystem that matchs your batteries.
Also you need lots of the green stuff.

We were driving thru Alberta earlier this year and endured two hail storms that were the granddaddy of all hail storms.
My solar panels survived but the tops of my A/C units and the skylight did not.
Solar panels are made to be tough.

Use only PEX tubing and crimp ring connections. I bought a crimp tool on EBay that consisted of two steel dies and two bolts that you tighten with a hex key. It wasn't very fast but is was cheap.
