We use rv parks and campgrounds the only time our genny is used is in the wintertime to exercise it. Dont really need one except maybe for some kind of emergency (which has'nt happened yet..

Every coach I have ever owned had ceiling problems (as in) material coming loose and bulging down in spots and I could never fix the problem once this happened. All caused by summer heat. And yes I leave vents windows and door open during the day when stored of course.

Tire dressing is not necessary and yes it can add to quick deterioration of your tires regardless of what is advertised or what it says on the can.

If I add a electric Fuel pump(external) to my F53 chassis will it suck fuel if the in tank pump goes out ?

I had one and tossed it because unless you were sitting on top of the transmitting station it wouldnt pull any thing in. I know you dont want a batwing but mine has worked flawlessly for many years. I wouldnt use anything else (except a Dish) but dont need the expense. The batwing with the ad-on...

Icemaker is correct. Dont put your ac on 60 deg. Been there done that and yes it will freeze up. We set ours on 72 and it never freezes up.
