Wouldn't I have smelled it? None of my gas appliances are receiving and gas.

I'm getting propane from tank to regulator but nothing coming out of regulator outlet.

I have a Camco two stage vertical regulator when I have gas tank on and outlet of regulator disconnected should I get gas coming out of outlet?  

Just purchases a new 2017 Keystone Retreat cost $4350 and dealer want $2200 for 7 year warranty but Good Sam wants $1220 for $500 deductible 6 year warranty. And suggestion on which way to go and what experience has anyone had with Good Sam warranty. Any help greatly appreciated. Ellis
