    national marlin headlights

Are they about 6"x10"? There was a Hella headlight that was used on Mack trucks that found it's way on to a few motorhomes. Hella doesn't make them anymore, but there is a Dorman copy. Maybe you have 2 Dorman/other aftermarket and 2 Mack/Hella lights?

Trip to Alaska ,,, opinions on how to go ,land or sea

We left our motorhome at home. It's a 3800 mile drive, one way, from the Detroit area to Anchorage. We flew, and rented a motorhome in Anchorage. Drove about 1800 miles in a week, and flew home. I'd like to do the drive someday, but it's a trip in itself.

Can’t find Winnebago Vista 21b tires

A little data. 2004 was a VERY good year for Winnebago, they sold 12516 motorhomes, the most they have sold in at least 20 years (2022 came close - 12058, but there were also years like 2009 - just 2196). Of those 12516 units, 4408 were Class C motorhomes and only 114 were Winnebago Vista 21B...

    Mercedes Sprinter tow capacity ?

I'd have to look at some more brochures, but I checked a 2018 Sprinter based View. It has a GCWR of 15,250 and a GVWR of 11,030. Might have a 5000 pound hitch, but I think you'd have a hard time keeping the weight of the motorhome to only 10,250 pounds to be able to stay under the GCWR.

How is heat ducted in my RV?

The return air for the heatpump/AC is via the filter in the floor: Hard to judge, probably under the bed? Argggh, that drawing actually has 32H in the title block. Hard to say exactly how the 37F is set up with the rear bath. But, there should definitely be a filter, never heard of a...

How is heat ducted in my RV?

It's to supply return air to the motoraid heater. It blows into the front of the same floor duct that the propane furnace blows into in the rear.

    Towing a 28’ enclosed trailer.

No idea what you guys are talking about. The case of the 16K Ford chassis with the 26k GCWR comes to mind. Ford says, in writing, that a few years of the 16K chassis can tow up to 10,000 pounds*. They rate the chassis for that. When a motorhome manufacturer puts a 5000 rated hitch on it, and...

    Towing a 28’ enclosed trailer.

Few thoughts: Ford rated the earlier V10 16K chassis to tow up to 10,000 pounds (26K GCWR) for about 10 years. Don't know if any RV manufacturer actually put a 10K hitch on one though. The 8k hitches used on some Class Cs and As lately are typically limited in tongue weight to like 350 or 500...
