    park model insurance

Yes, it’s a no in Washington state. Permitting won’t let me take the wheels off and permanently set it. It has to be on wheels and mobile. Per county code.

    park model insurance

So those a very good points. In this particular instance, I know the answers. The rig I am looking at is 39’ long and weighs 9,500# dry. My truck can tow 10,000# on the hitch with proper WDS and sway control. This rig also has: 50gallon black tank, 100gallon gray tank and a 50 or so gallon...

Hummm. It’s within my tow capacity. Do you have to hire a professional to move something that long?

    park model insurance

My lot is permitted for a Rv, “park model” or TinyHome. It’s is the only place in Yakima County you can legally use a TinyHome. So this afternoon one of the 10,000 million billion trillion insurance companies I reached out to said they would cover a “park model” in Washington state. The agent...

From my research and maybe I am wrong here. But it looks like in Washington state to be a “Manufactured home” it has to be 500sqft or larger. I’m not taking the wheels and tung offf as the whole point to living in an Rv is to be somewhat portable. I just want something designed for permanent...

Wintering it out in the Pacific Northwest.

It’s harrowing to say the least with -20 degrees for a chunk of 2022/2023. We made it through and I would love to hear how others fair through the rough winters east of the cascades fair.

Wintering it out in the Pacific Northwest.

Too late tonight to get into It. But I am starting a thread about my last three and going on 4 winters full timing it in central Washington state.

    park model insurance

I am in Washington state and after a week of googling and calling insurance agencies. I find no one will insure a “park model home” in my state. I live in an “open air condominium” where tiny homes, rvs and park models are legal. Someone has to cover them right? Good Sam? No Progressive? No...
