I just ordered 6 Michelins, last week, 245 by 70 by 19.5 from Costco for $ 2,387 , including tax, ect. and installation.  A heck of a deal. Hankooks were $ 2,140.  Les Schwab wanted 3 grand for Toyos and more for Michelins.  The tires are 3 to 4 months of Mfg. date.  Hopefully Costco will...

I stand to be corrected. The deep cycle RV batteries at Costco were 12 volt.  The 6 volt ones were $ 89 dollars.  The specs were, I think, 220AH at 20 hrs.  The sign says "golf kart batteries". Trojans (Batteries) are $ 140.  They last longer but don't know if the money difference is worth it...

Gary The 24 series 6 volt, at Costco were 700 MCA and 85 amps.  $68 bucks. The 27 series, 6 volt,  were 750 MCA at 115 aps.  $87 bucks. Don't recall what " MCA" means.  Should I go for the larger bat. I have 30 amp service on my MH.

House batteries for my MH, Kirkland brand from Costco, cost $ 67 for the 24 series, $ 87 for the 27 series. First year free replacement, last two years pro-rated. Price is right but are they any good? Thanks in advance

Thanks guys Why was my topper ( I just bought the Itaska) frayed on the edges and torn? The MH was garaged all its life and has only 16 K on it.  Did the Arizona sun do it in? Thanks

A trusted tire dealer, the owner, said that the chinese tire (Sailun) was a very good tire.  $1496 6ea. out the door.  The Hancooks were $2169 out the door. He said that the makes of Sailun have the up to date factorys. Any experience with any of them?  Perhaps the Hankooks would ride...

I had a Fleetwood gasser with a safe-t-plus shock on front suspension to help against sudden tire blowouts. Since a diesel has a different front end ( I am told) is it  just as critical to have the safety T- Plus  on a diesel ,  example 95 Beaver. Thanks a million.
