We tend to travel a ways. Used to it. still will probably stay at Jacobs  lake though. if we can get in.

Thanks for the Info. That is actually not to bad. I was thinking of just driving from Kanab and leave the Motorhome there instead of moving it. When we went to South rim a few years ago it was over an hour drive from Williams KOA.

Looking to see if there are any RV parks around North Rim for  41' Motor home. Wanting to stop while coming from Kanab To Monument Valley. Searches have Not gave me many options. We do need Electricity at least. Thanks for any recommendations.

While travelling in the rain there is not much you are going to do to stop the road grime. I have had times we couldn't even see out the windows to un hook.

I think most people will agree that DRW will be much more stable. I towed a fifth wheel for 10yrs and I loved having the DRW when we got into strong winds and storms. We we're mainly local and within the state then we didn't do alot of cross country. It was still a must for me.

Your convertor is evidently not charging the batteries. This may have been your problem all along. A good voltmeter is handy to keep in your RV. They are not that expensive.

You are going to have to provide way more info. Type of slide. Is it hydraulic, cable, electric. Doubt it's cable but just making a point before we can help
