Thanks for the help on this. Yeah, it's probably a 6 gallon tank not a 7 Noise? I've never noticed the heater making any loud noise as it cycles on and off but I'll try to keep that in mind if I have close neighbors.

Thanks for the suggestion. I wonder how you know if the people who built the trailer used silicone caulk or not? Don't know if I should caulk over the factory stuff or if they used silicone. Which is more likely? Any way that you can see a difference in the two types of caulk?
