Are my birdhouse holes too small

Bird house size, location, opening size all depends on the birds in your area and of those which species you want to nest. I live in Illinois and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) publishes booklets on various birds and housing. This one is for Bluebirds...

I put numerous ruts in my yard trying to pull the camper out, and park it. couple times I had to get a buddy with 4x4 to pull both my...

    Homebrew Beer in an RV?

I home brew, but not to the extent of bob. Wow nice set up. Home brew on the road. I've thought about it, my concerns / challenges. Brewing odor in campground. My wife doesn't like the odor, I assume the same goes for others. I would brew outside, not in the camper. Fermenting- you planning...

Covid-19 - What is still open for RVrs.

Illinois has closed all state facilities; parks, ramps, lakes, etc. What I do know as being open. Comlara Park, north of Bloomington IL. about 8 miles on Interstate 39. They are a county park and still open for camping. Bloomington IL is the town where I-74, I-55, and I-39 meet. For medical...

Is a 30 to 50 amp adaptor needed sometimes

To me, "Be Prepared" means knowing if the campground your going to has 30 amp service available. Around me, most campground electric sites are 30amp, about 20% of the park is 50/30amp. Some parks don't offer full hook ups at all. The parks that do offer full hook follow the 20% rule. The same...

Welcome and thanks. Last time I was in Yellowstone was in the mid 80's. I arrived at night and while driving through the park I passed numerous pairs of yellow lights in the road. I mentioned it to the park ranger and he asked where about.... Etc. turn out I was passing buffalo. Dang lucky I...

    Front end noise,

Glad you caught it! Betting they used an impact to drive the nuts on and forgot the cotter, at least on one side. I'd check the tie-rod ends while I'm down there. About the only thing left and you need a front end alignment anyways. Might as well get the whole thing done and not worry about it...

    old guy with old RV

Speaking in general terms. You can triple tow in all US states except the East Coast from Maine to Florida, plus Washington and Oregon. California has some weird requirements. I don't plan on visiting either coast with the boat so I don't worry about it. If you research state length...

Strange camper lights issue (brake, signals, running...)

Glad you got a solution. Although it sounds like the dealer needs to apply the related service bulletin.
