Never thought of pouring hot water over the tank to check the level.......great tip! Well I filled my propane tanks up.......and the furnace came on right away. Thanks for all your help!!

Thanks so much for your quick replies!! I did have my propane tank on.....but it does feel rather light so it may in fact be out of gas......I'll have to try my stove to confirm if its out of gas. Thanks again!!

Hi everyone, Im kinda new to RV'ing..........this has been my first season with my 'new to me' 25ft salem lite by forest river. I 've had it out a couple of times and am very happy with it. What im wondering is....does it have heat?? It has a roof mount A/C which works great....the unit does...

Hi everyone, Well after our first trip out...we noticed there was a bit of crack in the kitchen sink....the trailer is a 25ft Salem Lite.....the sink is plastic......the crack is not right where the drain is.....its a few inches away from that. Can I just epoxy or fiberglass the under side of...

We got back from our first outing.....everything went great......trailer towed just fine and we had no issues at all........only real complaint was the campsite was rather small.....it was our first time at this site and the actual site we got they claimed was good for a 28 footer.....my trailer...

Well before this TT my RV'ing consisted of tents.....or at best was an old pop-up trailer I used to have, that really wasn't a whole lot better than a good tent.... ;D.....I still think it was awesome for the time........and now my TT seems like full on luxury accomodations. Cheers.

Hello everyone, Well, I just pulled the new to me 25ft Salem Lite out to get ready for this weeknd. I picked up this TT last fall and its my first 'real' TT......just tested all systems.......and everything is in working order. Took it out for test ride to make sure the brakes were working and...

Ok.....I will just stick to a creamy cleaner.....something that wont be abraisive.

Any suggestions on what can be used thats safe on the surfaces and the holding tank? I just dont want to get ripped off buying some cleaner at the RV shop that costs 5 times more than it should....and turns out to be the same as something I can buy off the shelf at walmart or something.

Hi everyone, Im getting ready to use the tt for the first time......its a 25ft Salem Lite by Forest River.........I'd like to know if I can clean the toilet and sinks with regular household cleaner, like VIM....or will this damage anything......or will bleech and water be the best bet. Thanks...

All great clues everyone......thanks. My shore power comes out dead centre in the rear of the trailer.......the cable ends up near/under the kitchen sink when its all inside and the circuit breakers are located right below the fridge which is also on the back wall of the trailer.........so...
