Motorcycle hitch carrier on a Class C

Hello all! So after RVing for the last four years we have decided to get a 300lb scooter to carry on a hitch carrier. I have a 24 foot Coachmen Concord (can pull 5000, can’t seem to find the tounge weight). I want to get the Honda scooter that holds 2 people that weighs 280. Anyone have a...

    Storms with high winds?

I have been in severe weather several times in my CLASS C. It?s catch 22. By the time you think of heading for a shelter, the storms too bad to go out. Sure, you could drive, but IMO, unless it?s a tornado bearing down on you, a flood etc... stay put and ride it out.

Mississippi has free dump stations at every rest stop. So, we decided to use one

BIG MISTAKE!!! That thing was full and well... a lake of unfortunate splillage formed. The wife and I barely got out unscathed. What the hell, Mississippi?! On another note... how do you know if a tank is full, besides the obvious?

    Bearings repacked/ serviced

It had a little play, not more than a few mm. It found a place that is close to my house that will do it for $135, the guy is familiar with Ford E350?s. I don?t have a space to do it myself or I would. I?ve repacked car bearings many times...but again, don?t have the tools or space.

    Bearings repacked/ serviced

Thanks for the responses. It was a Truck service center. The rig has 37,000mi (I bought it in March and put about 3000mi on it, not sure if it ever had the bearings serviced. The wheel when jacked up and the guy was wiggling it had a little click click sound .

    Bearings repacked/ serviced

My front Bearings need repacked, I had it checked at a reputable place and they showed me the play in the wheel when jacked up. I own a class C with the E350 chassis. They wanted $500! This seemed really high to me. The questions I have are; does this seem high to you guys and does the rear...

    Hauling a 600lb motorcycle

Hello all! My Class C 24 foot motorhone on the Ford 350 chassis is dying to haul a motorcycle. Problem is, I don?t know the best way to do it.  It has a 4inch square bumper and a beefy trailer hitch that can haul 5000lbs. I?m leaning towards the type that you lift on to the back of the RV not a...

    Bleach water kill grass?

Probably? Do you have data to support this arrogant claim? I can tell  you bleach is much harder on a human than a microscopic bacterial organism. I?d rather a few of those die than my fellow man. But hey, some of you just like to argue counters point with no validity. Seems to be the way of the...

    Bleach water kill grass?

This mentality is what destroys the environment. ?Since everyone else is doing it?... and yes, I would opt to kill a few bacteria in a septic system than polute the ground water that my kids will drink.

    Bleach water kill grass?

I would?ve used it to flush through the Grey and black water tanks, rather than releasing a caustic material to the environment.

    Shower not draining

I came here to say, yes, gray water tank is full... and also, perhaps your sensors aren?t working -I just went through the same situation.

    Help...I?m so Confused

I would look at the Nucamp teardrop trailers. They have mid sized ones that will fit your needs.

    Renting a car?

I?ve used Uber a few times, but you have to be by a populated area. Bikes get you around, too! I may get a toad one day, but for now, I?m going to go without. I have a 24ft class C and I usually just camp at electric sites, so all I have to do is unplug and go on an errand if need be. Depends...
