I really enjoy my Ram 3500 with the 6.7 Cummins. I am considering a TC to use as a travel vehicle.

Brent, Great sounding trip. My thoughts are you are trying to pack too much distance into a too short of a time frame. You know your travel habits better than I know of them. Just that with all of the available sights, extra time may be warranted. Enjoy the planning and especially the trip itself.

We are currently in the same position as the OP. My drivers side mirror was destroyed. It is a Velvac with heat, remote control and turn signal side camera. The estimate from the Velvac distributor was right at $1000, plus installation. Not a Ford part at all. This is on a 2015 Thor "C".

How goes the weight struggle? I just came across this thread and I am driving "C" also. We so far are okay on weight, but DW just loves to add a new thingie at various times.
