    Greenhorn to motorhoming

I understand what you are saying, and accept it in the context of your elaboration about not dissuading questions, but I think what causes the stress for a lot of us newbies is we are not sure which things will bite us an which things we can be more casual about.

    Gas Buddy RV friendly stations

Please tell me what you mean by this. Our RV is still a couple of months in the future, so I have no recent experience fueling in diesel lanes. Years ago, I pulled horses with a diesel pickup and regularly used diesel fuel lanes without difficulty.

    Class B+ suggestions

Claiming no expertise whatsoever, when we were considering a B+, we were drawn to the Phoenix Cruisers  (http://www.phoenixusarv.com/index.html).

    Warning! Blue Ox owners

FWIW, there is a thread on the TiffinRVNetwork (http://www.tiffinrvnetwork.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=122&t=94164) on this subject, reporting a couple of additional failures. If you persist, I expect Blue Ox will make good on your situation. As you pointed out, your relatively minor incident...

Tiffin Allegro - What does the "Allegro" define??

Yes, but I think the OP's question was answered before it went adrift.

Tiffin Allegro - What does the "Allegro" define??

Do you have any reason to use them, or even keep them?

    Too old?

I sure hope not! My wife and I are 70 and 69, respectively, and just ordered our first motorhome. Though I have some health issues, I am going to make the best of the time I have left. Go for it!

    W/D in Class A motorhomes

Not having the hassle of laundromats and, especially, not having to wash our clothes in laundromat washing machines is a big plus.

Do you Still Have a CB Installed ??

When traveling, my wife and I usually carry a hand-held CB in the car. It has often been handy in finding out what is going on up ahead, and where, when traffic started piling up. Just eavesdropping can also sometimes be entertaining.

Class C - Sprinter Diesel vs E-450 Gas?

Terry and Molaker, thank you! You both gave me helpful information for decision making. We started off drawn to the mileage of the Sprinter and gradually drifted to the E-450 because of the hauling and towing capacity, and because there is a Ford dealer in every town of any size. We knew...

Class C - Sprinter Diesel vs E-450 Gas?

It being a couple of weeks before our schedule will allow us to get to a dealer to actually look and touch, my wife and I are learning as much as we can and entertaining ourselves on-line. It appears that, no matter what line we choose, a fundamental choice must be made between the Sprinter...
