cruising at 70mph on I-70....at 2500 rpm. It has 235/85-16 tires i believe. Wondering about buying a programmer or possibly change  ring and pinion. I drive about 50 miles a day on I-70 for work,...and then pulling my new 7650# camper later this summer on a few trips

okay,... I  believe I have the 4.10 . I failed to say also it is a automatic. My 2001 tahoe has the towing overdrive button on the gear shift, this does not though. It still seems high to be cruising at 2500 rpm on I-70. I'm going to take it out now and feel for the shifting,...make sure it has all.

Just got a 1997 chevy 3500 crew cab with a 454. It cruises on I-70 at 2500 rpm and around 2000 rpm on hyw. This seems a tad high to me. I'm still trying to figure out what gear it has. I would have thought cruising on I-70 would be more in the 1200-2000 range. Just wondering what RPM's anybody...

okay,..get your points about noise. HOWEVER,..people keep saying "my neighbors"...."my neighbors" everywhere i've read. If I'm at a campground,..i'm going to be running on shore power, not a generator. The only time i will be using a generator ....is probably while staying in a WM parking...

my 2002 Sandpiper 32BHS by Forrest River. I surprised the family Christmas morning with this in the driveway. Got at Camping world, $6000,..mint condition.

Was wondering about a powerhorse 2000w for my forest river. I just have the one unit on top. Just wondering about experiences,..not doing the math. Really don't wanna spend (or have) $999 for the Honda name,...these are $569.

Hitch weight is less than 1000# on  several trailers i've looked at. That is the weight on receiver,..any family/cargo inside the tahoe, has nothing to do with receiver/hitch weight. Thank you though for your input.  I was asking for any tahoes pulling,...and how large they were pulling. Anybody...

I have a 1999 shasta pull behind, just got it. When i hooked up my house house to it....because of pressure(of course) the faucets flowed no problem. When I turned on the pump switch by the sink,..nothing.The light did come on, and i did fill the water tank. Checked the fuse and it's good. The...
