I think your starting Capacitor is probably bad. Take it out of the AC and go to a AC/Refg Supplier and they should be able to match it for you. I had the same problem one time and that is what it was.

Henry, thanks for your reply. Yes the Magnum is a Inverter Charger. I am not turning the Breaker off that feeds the Inverter/Charger, I just didn't know if when I turn the Inverter off at the Control Board if it also turned off the Battery Charging part of the Inverter also.
