    What are these?

Maybe the previous owner had something inside the cabinet and this additional pc of wood helped keep it snug in the cabinet while traveling?

    Ceiling issue

Yes.  That is what I am referring to.

    Weight limits on rear bumper.

After crushing my standard "sewer hose" bumper after putting a 3rd bike on my bumper mounted rack I can safely say that your 100 lb generator will eventually crush your bumper as it bounces down the road.  I ended up purchasing a thicker piece of 4x4 square metal stock (conveniently sold 8'...

    Ceiling issue

I have realized why most RV manufacturers don't do curved ceilings.  My RV has a curved ceiling and while for the most part the panels are staying where they belong the batts between each panel are constantly coming loose.  I have glued and nailed them a number of times and nothing seems to...

    Generator advice

You might find that an EU2000 Honda will power your AC.  Mine did so on my 27' trailer, but when I purchase my new trailer I had to purchase a Companion generator and link them together to power my rig.

Hand Rail for steps into camper

We broke the one that came on ours and I had to quickly replace it the day we were planning on leaving for a trip.  I believe it was a Camco model and it was almost a direct replacement for the one that was installed.  The installed one was broken because someone used it to climb sideways down...

    Where to buy

I have joked quite a bit that I am just going to buy them a tent and get what I want.    ;)

    Where to buy

Challenger offers high quality materials that are usually found on diesels.  Residential refer for more space.  2014 Thor and newer all have the drop down bunk over the cockpit area.  37LX has a king size bed, a fireplace and ticks a couple other boxes.  Problem with trying to look broader is...

    Where to buy

Thanks for this info.  Will be patient.  I guess the fact that it is hard to find one means no one wants to sell theirs so they must be good.  :)

    Where to buy

This always seems to result in old ads from when dealers were selling them new and when you look at them you find an ad with "SOLD" typed across it.

    Where to buy

I am on the lookout for a certain year and model of class A motorhome.  I have been looking on rvt.com and rvtrader.com, but no one seems to be selling this model used.  Tons of them new, but no used available.  Are there any other great places to search for used motor homes. In case anyone...

2016 Coachmen Freedom Express 310bhds....Anyone have one or similar?

I can say that is a great floor plan.  We have an Enterra 303BHS that is the same plan and it is a great way to camp with a couple of kids (ours are 13 and 14 and appreciate their own space in the back).

Thinking of getting first TT, need advice between 2 Jayco's

Ignoring the weight consideration... I don't see much floor plan benefit given your family on the larger model.  Dinette will sit one more person, has a slightly larger pantry, but most of the gains seem to be in the bathroom (larger shower).  With that said, the smaller model has an outdoor...

    Slide FLOODED my living room

Do you have slide toppers?  If not, debris may have fallen onto your slide and causes a gap in the seal thus allowing water to enter your RV.  Gotta clean the tops of those slides.  Had the same problem my last two outings.

waxing the front with a clear protective tear off

When I put clear bra on my car I was told to be careful with Wax.  Can't use real wax, but many of the synthetic waxes are good to go.  The installer told me that real wax causes yellowing over time.
