Does an inside electrical management system like those found on most 50amp class A coaches, eliminate the need for an outside EMS at the post like Progressive Industries?

The Winnebago Adventurer has an onboard electrical management system which manages the electrical load being used inside the coach. Does such a setup eliminate the need for outside EMS at the post such a one by Progressive Industries?

Chris, Thank you SO much for your response. I don't know how I missed that last page when I was looking at the diagrams on the Winnebago site but it is much clearer to me now. Thanks to all that responded for taking time to help. This forum is a GREAT resource!
