    Jayco Eagle 325BHS repair help

I prefer Sikaflex urethane over Dicor or silicone. The stuff sticks like crazy and does not dry out and crack. Theye make different versions depending on where you are using it. I think you can look into here  www.rvroofandwall.com

What problems should I look for in an 8 year old trailer?

Delamination is something you want to look for. It can be hard to spot, and costly to fix. Water leaks in the wall and causes a separation. I suggest you look it up here https://www.delamrepair.com/rvwalldelaminationrepairquestions.

    Kitchen Vent sealing

If you end up removing the whole vent my suggestion is to bed the frame in butyl tape, then use Sikaflex urethane sealsnt around the perimeter, That has been my process for a while now and it seems to work wonders. I bought my supplies from www.rvroofandwall.com

    Older Rv

I'd follow up on the window gasket issue you mentioned. Window and openings need are subject to water leaks, which lead to delamination, which can be easily missed if you're not looking closely. This a good video about doing an exterior inspection. https://youtu.be/SpCmg8BTuFE

What kind of calk/sealant for my gutter?

sikaflex 715 would be my choice, it does have a slight surface tack, however it is a moisture-curing sealant and should not be so sticky that it holds onto debris http://www.delamrepair.com/bestrvcampermotorhomesealantscaulks.html

Clammy interior paper - water leak?

You have a leaking window seal. The interior paneling is starting to delaminate based on your description. The outside wall could also be in trouble. Watch this video:https://youtu.be/ihl3eeDLdCU, Read this:http://www.delamrepair.com/rvwalldelaminationrepairquestions.html

    NEWBY. Old RV. Advice wanted

While the chassis is very important, i would do a very detailed inspection of the exterior. You need to check all the caulk and sealing on the siding and roof. Pay special attention to the windows, vents, lights, etc. Look for wall delamination. I am guessing the exterior could use a caulk and...
