I have the same problem in my 2013 Sunstar 26HE.

Meguiars has an excellent (IMHO) fiberglass/gelcoat wax called Meguiars Flagship Premium Marine Wax.  The wax is easy to apply and comes off just as easy.  Leaves the finish very smooth.  I have only been using the wax for the past couple of months, so I can not really talk about durability yet!

I also have a hum on my 2013 Itasca Sunstar 26HE when a faucet is open or the toilet is flushed.  Just recently had the city water/tank fill valve replaced because water was seeping into the water tank when the valve was set to city water.  Still have the hum. Forgive me for my lack of...
