I think you're going to have to trace the wires to see what it's connected to; could be lots of different things, depending on what type/brand of power center you are using.  There's only guessing, based on the info provided.

Appears to me to be a counter top extension, not a folding table, as mentioned.  Misusing it as a support for entering/exiting the coach is asking it to break because it's not intended to hold up under 100-200 pound weights being placed on it.  Put your bowls on it, not your elbows :) Or...

I temporarily attach a flexible braided extension to my inner valves if I need to add air.  I used to keep them on all the time but they were not reliable and were leaking air frequently.  Seems they are notorious for leaking.  But they're ok for just adding air and removing when you're done...
