replaced interior lights with LED and they only work on 120V

Sounds like your batteries are disconnected or a main fuse is blown between the batteries and the distribution panel...  or the batteries are just dead.  I think your lights work on 120v because the converter is active and supplying the lights with 12v.

Our Tunnel Camp NV Boondocking Trip

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sc9G7MQVHZ4 Hey Everyone! We just got back from a great boondocking trip out to Tunnel Camp near Lovelock NV. We showed up on a Monday and departed Friday. I usually like to do this just to avoid any loud weekenders. For the most part we had the place to...

    RV storage

We have stored our RV's outside since we started RVing in 2008, no problems as long as you maintain the roof and window/door sealants as stated above.

AC unit blowing cold but reduced fan output

Sounds like your evaporator coils are freezing up and blocking the air.  Usually happens as a result of poor air flow due to clogged filter or dirty evap coil.  Clean the filter and the coils and see if that helps.

    Water Heater Flush

When I replaced our home water heater I found something similar...  I cut the old one apart to see what condition the interior tank was is and found about an inch of calcium chunks on the bottom of the tank.  Pretty nasty.

Axle Spread On Tandem Axles and Parking Brakes

I would think a wider spread between axles would make the trailer a bit more stable, but it would also make turns harder on the trailer tires.

Big Buddy heater or using burner from stove?

We have a Big Buddy and use it in our rig.  The directions do say it requires a certain dimension if outside air access to keep it safe.  I wouldn't do it without a CO monitor though, and that should be in the rig anyway in my opinion.  Definitely wouldn't consider going to sleep with the burner...

    Leak

As stated, start where the damage is and work back to the source of the leak because it's gotta come out anyway.  You don't want to start opening up walls if you don't need to.

    Repainting Aluminum Sided Trailer?

Hi everybody, I have a trailer from the early 80's that is an off white with thick brown stripes.  The white portion is in pretty decent shape, but the brown stripes look terrible and outdated.  They are also a bit chalky.  I would like to mask off the stripes and just repaint them a different...

    Water Heater gas valve/thermostat replacement

Hi everybody, I have a 6 gallon water heater in my 1983 terry that has a gas valve acting up.  It will work sometimes and others it will have a small yellow flame instead of a raging torch to heat the water.  Can I replace this thermostat/gas valve with an lp model found at home depot or does...

    What are these for?

After further research it seems like these are holders for the spring bars when they are not in use.

    What are these for?

It's hard to see, but just forward of the tubes in question there is a black spot on the tongue.  That is where the WDH Spring bars go.  Just forward of that is another black spot where the sway bar goes.
