Everything you listed is 12 volt D.C. are they all in one area (a slide) ?  were you checking the beakers or the small fuses? If fuses, did you pull them and check them with a volt meter?  you may have a cable loose at the battery or behing the fuse box.

Cathy, you mentioned something about the wind. If it happens only when windy, does your power source to you RV power outlet have overhead power lines? You may have a problem with a connection at a power pole.

The only thing I can think that comes close to what you are looking for is a 50amp cheater box. http://tweetys.com/rv-50-amp-cheater-box.aspx but it will not work with a GFI breaker.

The dealer figures at 1/2 pad they are worn out, and if they were on a race car I might agree. I got over 100K on my first set of brakes. My truck is my daily driver and I average 500 miles a week back and forth to work. with about 10 miles of it each day in heavy traffic.
