We live in Fort Worth and have been RVing for about 10 yrs all year 'round and have never "winterized". We go anytime we get the oportunity. We don't keep fresh water in the tank after Thanksgiving.

As with my autos, when I do a brake job, I carefully inspect the bearings for irregularities,such as discoloration or pitting on the race and rollers. If normal, I clean and re-pack them and thank the Lord for many more trouble-free/safe miles
