Thanks guys, I just checked my hose (that sounds funny) and I do have gaskets in place. I did loosen the collar though and found that I could screw the hose into the coupler further as was suggested. I did that and tightened the collar again. We'll see if this helps but I swear it was leaking...

Called HWH as suggested. Got a call back from a Tech a few days later who had me disconnect a two wire connector at the jack and jumper them together on the harness (not jack) side. When I did this, the corresponding LED on the panel lit. Based on this, he said I probably had a bad warning...

Thanks for the replies. I did splice the tube at the break but my concern is that it also looks like it's cracked where it connects to the fridge up at the top where I can't reach. I'll look closer at the manuals to see if I can tell how to remove the fridge. Tom

Thanks Jeff, Do you know if and how he disconnected the flue when he pulled it out? Seems like it still has to be disconnected to get the fridge out so I would think I could reach the connection if I did that. I'll see if I can find info on disconnecting the flue. Thanks, Tom
