There is a maximum inflation pressure stamped on your wheels too. I would check this number since you went from 70 to 100 psi. You may be overinflating for the rating on the wheels.
I have had two thermostats in my 2007 Suncruiser. Both of them read 3 degrees high. There is no adjustment on these. I have not wanted to change to a residential thermostat because they will not power the basement A/C exactly like your current thermostat does. John would know better than I do...
I guess that I am missing something. The OP listed a bunch of things that needed repair. The repairs were made. It took 2 months to accomplish over the winter. Many of us have spent 12 - 18 months going back and forth with dealers and the manufacturer to get our punch list resolved. Two months...
You will probably nnot do any damage unless the slope is to the side. I have seen motorhomes tend to slide sideways when one axle is off the ground. For this reason, I always drive up on boards and then use the jacks to stabilize and level. I imagine that you know to not raise the rear wheels...
I have a 2007 Suncruiser 38J. The fresh water tank drain valve is in the water pump hatch just to the left of the entry door. The valve is a large "T" handle. The actual drain is a 1.5" or so pipe that drains about 3' to the right of the entry door and is under the RV.
I agree. The deadbolt has a longer throw than the door latch. Always lock the deadbolt to keep the door closed. Some RVs will twist enough that the door comes open even when the door latch is engaged. That is why I always lock the deadbolt.
I agree with others that you should be seeing about 24 amps with both compressors running. My Suncruiser, which is like an Adventurer, has a breaker panel in the kitchen cabinet under the sink. There are definitely two breakers - one for each compressor.
A locking gas cap will stop the dumbest of crooks but that is all. Look under your rig and you will see a rubber hose going from the cap to the tank. Any crook worth his salt will slice this hose and insert his siphon tube and get your gas anyway.
I had the same thing happen to me. I simply replaced the fixture with a plain old two bulb fixture that I got at Camping
World. It provides more than enough light and doesn't get hot like the high intensity bulbs do. here is the link to the type of light I am talking about...
You could have the star repaired by almost any glass shop. The issue is the location of the star. It isn't always recommended to use this procedure if the star is in the area covered by the wipers. The issue changes if there is a crack running out from the star. If it is as long as a dollar bill...
Yes, that is why I have put up with the problem for all these years. There is a lot happening. The signal passes through the DVD/surround system or goes through it when it is turned on and set properly. The TV is a huge and heavy tube unit and I cannot get to the back of it without taking it out...
The DVD player is a physically separate unit but is also part of the surround system. You need to make changes in the DVD box to make the surround system work. Having said that, the TV sound goes through this box even when it is turned off. I use it this way all the time because I don't like...
