You cannot always drive any of those type vehicles in parks, on roads, and even off road.  Your use may end up being limited.

We too sold our house and put in storage what we wanted to keep.  Every year we recheck what we have in storage and put some of it up in yard sales.  Some day it will all be gone and done away with.

I doubt you will see snow until mid to late Oct.  So you should be safe there.  I am not familiar with any of the three rvs so cannot make any suggestions.  I recommend you learn as much as you can about any sites you will see and the areas you will be passing so you seem more like a tour...

Check the air adjustment on your water heater, mine will do that about the second or third time it tries to like and found that the air control was more closed than opened.  Made adjustment and that seemed to have solved the problem.

I use the yellow plastic ones you get at camping world and they work fine.  The orange ones suck and break apart and also rot quickly. I have had a couple of times that they sank in mud on one leg of our jacks and had to add more blocks.  I have two packages of ten and have had to use them all...

I just did the Dakota thing via the internet and the mailing service took care of our vehicle license plates which we already have.  Yes we have to go to SD to get our drivers licenses and will do so as soon as our dolly comes out of the shop.  All the rest was done thru the net, mail and telephone.

Personally since its a grey water tank leak, I would fix it myself  with a good epoxy.  Heck of a lot cheaper than a new tank.
