Electric Slide out often will extend and retract crooked. I sometimes have to push on one side or the other to try to keep it even. I hear the 2 motors need to be synced. Is that something a laymen could handle or is it a complicated process?

Just got a new 2017 Montana 3921FB. Does anyone know if it has 2 separate gray tanks. If it does, then I would assume that if one was full, you could then pull the 1 gray tank valve and the 2 gray tanks should equalize, correct?
