No power to control panel

I have a 2017 Montana 3921 FB. When the unit is unplugged from power, there is no power to the control panel. I cannot access the menus to open slides when traveling. Matter of fact, there is no power to anything. Not even a DC powered light. I checked both battery cut- off breaker and switch for continuity. They are good. Batteries are good. They run a residential refrigerator thru the inverter just fine. What should I look for?

Something got disconnected, all you have to do is find it.

On a guess I'd say there are two cutoffs.. One for everything (inverter included) one for everything OTHER than the inverter.
