    Installing Nature's Head toilet

I have a 1999 Bounder 34J and I am considering replacing the toilet with a Nature's Head composting toilet.  I'm only semi-handy so I'm  likely going to get someone to do this for me, but I'm trying to plan ahead.  The current toilet is on a raised platform.  I'm wondering what is under this...

    No water this morning

I wouldn't say fail safe.  Here in Bastrop, Texas it was 17 degrees last night.  In freezing weather we always unhook from the outside water and use the tank.  My husband got up to go to the bathroom around 4am and found no water.  I guess some of our pipes had frozen.  Things are thawing out...

    today the power is out

Good news!  I took out the circuit breaker and went to Home Depot.  They did not have the part I needed, but a handy Master Electrician messed with my circuit breaker and got it reset.  He advised me to put it back in and give it a try.  Sure enough it worked!  I just didn't put enough english...

    today the power is out

Thanks.  That was the plan.  It's good to know I can count on Home Depot!

    today the power is out

Turns out I have blown the main breaker and it needs to be replaced.  Can you buy those at a place like Home Depot or do you have to go to an RV supply?

    today the power is out

The thing on the box outside was popped and my husband put it back in.  I also pulled it and put it back in.  I talked to the landlord and he directed me to the main pole for our lot (there are 3 rv sites here).  There was one circuit popped out there and I reset it.  He's on his way out to...

    today the power is out

I can't find a breaker at the pole.  There is a 50 amp plug in and then a box above it with what my husband says is the fuse you pull to turn all the electricity off.

    today the power is out

This morning while running two electric heaters and the electric kettle, my main breaker flipped.  So all AC power is off.  I got the main breaker reset finally after much hurried research and complaints from my husband, but I still don't have power.  What else do I need to check?

question about installing extend a stay

Thanks Gary.  What happens when I turn on the stove burner is there is a little burst of gas then nothing.  It's like there is no pressure.  We just went out and turned off the auxiliary bottle and opened the valve to the onboard tank and everything is working fine.  Any ideas?

question about installing extend a stay

I am installing an extend a stay kit so I can use propane from an external tank.  I did not think to flush the 5 foot hose from the auxiliary tank before hooking up to the tee.  Now we have no gas flow to the stove.  I'm thinking it's air in the line and I just need to get that flushed out.  I...

    Slow toilet flushing

Thanks to all for the advice.  I bought a Valterra adjustable pressure regulator on amazon for about $50 and it's working great!  We are using it at the factory setting of 45 psi and getting great pressure from the faucets and the toilet.  It will be great not to have to unclog the toilet pipe...

Thanks Ernie.  Do you have a suggestion of brand or model?

    Slow toilet flushing

We checked the regulator filter and it was clear.  Thanks for the tip about the pressure being higher when faucets off!  I may try to get a regulator with a gauge so I can see what is going on.  Does that seem worthwhile to you?

    Slow toilet flushing

Thanks for all your replies and sorry for my long absence.  We have since realized that the problem is water pressure as we have trouble at all the faucets too.  We have tried taking apart our entire freshwater set-up, eg the various pieces of hose, the pressure regulator, the filter, etc. ...
