Careful with the tires, brakes, wiring, bearings and other on a 31yr 41yr (Thanks Wendy!)old trailer, maintenance - repair for road worthy may quickly approach value.  Roof integrity may be a key indicator with your decision.

That would be a 41 year old trailer. I know this because I graduated high school in 1971 and last year there was a reunion that I didn't go to because I didn't want to look at all those old people. I'm sure the trailer is in better shape than my fellow 1971 graduates
