So I’m a newbie Canadian Snowbird. Can someone please please please help me calculate when I can return to the USA for winter?? I’ve tried many snowbird calculators (Similar to snowbird app) and end up with different results. (Im aware of the secondary IRS concerns and am not needing help there).
I have travelled the following dates in I-94 history:

2022 Trip 1 (7 Oct 22 to 17 Oct 22) = 10 days
2022/23 SnowBird (26 Dec 22 to 03 May 23) = 128 days
2023 Trip 2 (13 May 23 to 17 May 23) = 5 days

Planned Trip 1 ( ukn ) = 10 days

when can I return for snowbirding? What if I go over 180days in the middle but am under 180 at the end of season?? I’m getting wrapped up in the rolling 365d.

Thank you!!!

The way I read it, it is the cum days in a 365 period at the time of your departure.

So IMO you are currently at 143 days with 37 remaining. Let's say you came in August for 10 days, you would be at 153.

Starting on October 7 you get one day back per day until 17 October at which time your remaining balance is again 37 days.

If your 2023/24 snowbird period overlaps last year's you would get a day back each day of overlap and you would not be over at the time of your departure.
