Checked every fuse in the Intellec panel and the small panel inside near the steering column; system has pressure, blower runs but compressor won't run. There's no voltage on the pressure switch mounted on the receiver/dryer and if I bypass the switch, the compressor still doesn't run. So what can I check next?

There is probably a couple of fuses and a relay. There is a relay probably a 1 inch square plugged into a slot in a chassis distribution box and labeled as such physically identified in the distribution panel (inside the cover) and in the operators manual.

The relay could be bad and usually you can find the same relay running another device that you can swap out to see if it is bad. Another way of testing is to pull the relay out of the distribution box, start the engine and turn on the ac to its lowest setting. Slowly reinstall the relay. You should feel an unmistakable click when the relay is energized. There should be a second fuse on the compressor side of the relay. That fuse should be labeled and in the operators manual.

Make sure all the above are good and responding.

There should be 2 pressure switches. The one you jumped is the low pressure cut off. There is a high pressure cut off also.

A wiring diagram of rhe compressor control circuit may be needed to better troubleshoot. There are some other controls that may be built into the control circuit.
